Vintage Cotton Candy Striped Skirt Just a little part ofSweet vintage home sewn white and red cotton skirt with ruffle hem. Unsure of age but cotton feels older and is so soft and wonderful. Elastic waistband. Meant to be worn high up on waist, a little big on me so I styled her more on the hips, which I loved. Light wear, a few very faint honey colored dots on bottom ruffle and one extremely faint area of yellowing toward bottom of skirt. Overall great vintage condition. Measured with garment laying flat
