Fabric is lightweight and sheer floral. Color is inky black with pretty appliques on the collar. Double breasted with snaps at the waist. Ruching at the shoulders with strong 40s shoulder pads. Belt loops but no sash. Shawl lapel collar in satin. Open from the waist down. Long sleeves with snap cuffs. Full skirt. Excellent good
