Earth and Sky was created out of a deep appreciation for rare days like these — full of wise ancient trees

with the printed Bird-of-Peace on the front of the bodice

we created the print using a masterful oil painting from the early 1600’s by artist Jan Brueghel

and messages in historic fonts (“Love is the only gold” and “Love one another”) to complement the original hand-lettering

The background of this beautiful piece comes from a floral ink-on-silk scroll painting by Ueno Setsugaku
