Crisp and light cotton blend has small brass snaps down the front, snapped epaulets on the shoulders and notched collar bodice with cargo chest pockets. The stretchy waist has a matching (removable) sash cinch belt with brass D ring buckle. Very comfortable and utilitarian. The pleated flared skirt has pockets for the win.
