Dress #088: Edwardian afternoon dress in rose with celadon Hedgehog I have continued to collectThis hand stitched paper Edwardian dress is made from pale pink Japanese paper, with shimmering pearly paper forming the lace shirtwaist. Celadon stitches stand in for the embroidered trim, and glass bead buttons complete the dress. The design is based on an afternoon dress by Green & Co, from the May 1909 issue of 'Les Modes : revue mensuelle illustre des Arts dcoratifs appliqus la femme'. The dress is six inches tall, stitched by hand on 8x10 inch
