Silver (may be sterling as it is not magnetic) Fringe and filigree Pendant is approx. 3 inches long Chain is 17. 5 Turquoise blue enamel with pink roses on both front and back of pendant, so no worries about the pendant turning around to the 'ugly' side. So charming. Excellent condition. .
