Pressing instructions (rough guide): Cotton: 150 155c for 10 seconds at high pressure, peel immediately, then re press for 10 seconds. Polyester: 120 130c for 8 seconds at medium pressure, peel immediately, then re press for 5 seconds. Cover with parchment paper, teflon or a wax sheet for the 2nd press.
