Domaine de Cassiopée Maranges Les Plantes 2023 750ml Size:Each Organic Botanicals: Crafted with 13110 year old vines which still produce really well. Mid crimson colour. The bouquet here is once again on the wilder side. Much purer on the palate, though, with an excellent tensile strength, the fruit also covering the tannins, and a little acidity. A minor volatile note is well within bounds. This should work out very well.
