The doorknob measures 2 1 4" diam. It is in very good condition with a nice dark patina. This doorknob takes a larger than standard square non threaded shaft. The opening is 3 8" square. Some shims could potentially be used with a normal shaft to keep it tight. This Doorknob Corbin Parthenon is an antique item and may show wear due to age.
