This set is Wakasa style lacquer in red and black respectively with gold accents that mimic ripples. The main feature, however, is the slices of raden (mother of pearl abalone) shell embellishments set into the upper parts. Traditionally, the long chopsticks are for men, and the short chopsticks are for women. These chopsticks are
