The Bishop Shiraz is a blend of fruit from 35 year old vines & 120 year old vines which is key to the Bishop cuvee. The younger fruit gives freshness and vibrancy to the palate, while the Shiraz fro, the oldest blocks in the Ebenezer vineyard give structure and enhance palate profile.
