Iris, The Message is Clear birds gazing out over the oceanIris, The Message is Clear This piece celebrates both women and mother nature through the magic of our natural environment with fauna and flora from our beautiful county. It contains two Cape Sugarbirds and four species of Moraea, Iris family, native to the Cape Floral province as well as the striking pink Gladiolus Varius also endemic to South Africa. In Greek mythology Iris was a goddess that carried messages from heaven to earth of way of a rainbow
