Farmed organically since 2020. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel, and malolactic fermentation in old barrel, where it ages for 18 months with only a touch of sulphur at bottling. This has the typical Jura racy citrus and mineral notes, but with a lovely creamy, rounded texture to counter that.
