In the episode Kramer's license plates are mixed up with a Proctologist's "Assman" plates by the DMV. As Kramer awaits his new plates he sports the Assman license plate around town and is quickly enamored with his new nickname. We figured 20 years later there's a strong possibility that the Proctologist has migrated down South to
