Bodegas Altolandon, Con Altura Pet-Nat, Manchuela, Spain, 2023 (Case) Montes The palate is red fruitApricot yellow in colour, this Pet Nat is intensely aromatic, with white and pink flowers, subtle scents of honey and orange blossom, citrus fruits such as orange or mandarin and stone fruit. On the palate it is remarkably fresh with an explosion of fresh fruit, white fruit, dry but with excellent acidity and a herbaceous and pleasant finish. Soft, creamy bubbles and a rich mouthfeel provided by the lees, is balanced by excellent acidity and freshness.
