Intensifying Primer Medium Gel Removes wax residues and softensPrepares eyebrow area for a more intense make up effect. For longer lasting results. Choose between Medium and Strong. For professional use only Open the desired Intensifying Primer and put a pea sized amount into one of the cosmetic dishes. Apply the Intensifying Primer to the eyebrows and skin with the RefectoCil cosmetic brush. Application time: 4 minutes. Remove the Intensifying Primer using a dry cotton swab. Leave to dry before the next step.
