Folk Machine Grenache SGWS This inaugural whiskeyIn 2021, we found ourselves fortunate to secure Grenache from 4 amazing sites even though we really didnt jave a plan for what to do. Just seemed like a good idea to say, YES. Though we are using some of each in other wines, a blend of all four was very easily balanced and delicious and so, we added a new wine to the Folk Machine line up. The finished wine is true to Grenache, but more ethereal, almost more Pinot Noir like and for sure more readily
