Two James Doctor Bird Jamaican Rum - Lagavulin and eucalyptus on the palateBecause of our belief in the importance of local agriculture and the fact that sugar cane isn't readily available in Michigan, we decided to take our Rum project to the Caribbean, and the "Land of Wood and Water". We import several different Jamaican rums and ship them back to our distillery in Detroit where they are artfully blended and aged in special Moscatel barrique. The result is a high esther flavor bomb of incredible length and complexity. The
