WPW 83 - Mona Krause vdl She poses in a bikiniMona was one of California's top women in the late 80's, placing very high in several national contests. We had two sessions with her in 1987 one when she was in excellent contest shape at the US Championships in the summer, then later in the fall when she was off season. She continued to compete for a while as Mona Arvenites, but dropped out of the scene in the early 90's, only to resurface again recently in Southern California doing Over 50 Masters
