This single malt from Inchgower distillery in the Speyside region was distilled in 2011 and was fully matured in first fill Oloroso Sherry butts before bottling in 2025
It is aged in barrels for 14 to 16 months
Upfront there is a little sweetness that freshens the taste buds
with silky and friendly tannins that give us the characteristic chalky notes
