We start by hand selecting some of the most flavorful Bourbon in our rickhouse, aged for more than five years. We then steep montmorency cherries in the Whiskey, and bottle it at barrel proof. The result is, what we like to call, "The Spirit of Summer". Very limited production Batch 53. 9% ABV
