The organically farmed (in transition to biodynamic) Marsanne and Viognier grapes were sourced from the Les Gosses and Hedges Estate vineyards being being foot stomped by the Hedges Wine Club! The wine was fermented in stainless steel and oak, with the portions in oak going through malolactic conversion. Vegan friendly!
