It is a one piece assembly with the seat pan filled in and ready to accept closed cell foam padding, or you can opt for the fiberglass pan below. The whole unit is wide enough to fit over even Toomey exhaust pipes. Two Naca intake ducts are built into the top of the seat for cooling and holes are cut out for the exhaust pipes and stock tail light.
