but you could hardly tell as she was still in hard shape for her repwork in the gym and more posing in swimsuits and dresses

The 43 year old Toronto resident does some rep and max lifting in the gym followed by posing in a leotard and two dresses and is interviewed

We have many other strength contests available on video and we hope to transfer some more to DVD soon. The Fitness Strength Contest features three women competing against each other for barbell curls, holding a straddle and one arm
