Harry Morley 1881 1943 was a British painter, etcher and engraver who studied at the RCA and later Academie Julian Paris. The print, titled "Julia" has the artists name & Leicester society of Artists on the bottom. The frame is an original cream 1930's frame. Measurements are 27cm H x 22cm W. There is some spotting to the mount which is consistent with it's age.
