Podere Rocche dei Manzoni La Matinera Dolcetto d'Alba, Piedmont, 2022 umeshu The reds are all destemmedLa Matineras ruby red colour, complexity and length make it an exemplary Dolcetto dAlba from one of our favourite producers. Expect vibrant red fruits, a subtle balsamic undertone, and spicy notes reminiscent of basil or pepper. Though it will develop over the decade, it drinks perfectly now, especially when paired with rustic pizza or goats cheese.
