The blackberry, cassis, plum, black cherry, blueberry notes go slightly more savory on the palate where the creamy oak texture comes in. It is lifted with crushed rock stone acidity, and bound by long, firm and velvet edged tannins through a long finish with turned earth, star anise and pepper.
