The stool is a very stylised early 20th Century modernist shape, with four legs and a metal connector between the top and the legs, to enable the stool to turn. The top has remnants of paint which are historic to it's use and wear. The legs are also scratched and worn, all consistent with it's use and history. The underneath has the name of the person written on it
