Quartz Reef Bendigo Estate Single Ferment Pinot Noir 2021 Style_Chillable Red Pomegranate/cumquat/beetroot – inducing acidity/gripThe Quartz Reef Bendigo Estate Single Ferment Pinot Noir 2021 is a highly acclaimed organic and biodynamic Central Otago wine. This plush, intense expression showcases dark plum, cherry, and savory notes, underpinned by structured tannins and a lingering finish. Hand picked fruit undergoes 1020% whole cluster fermentation with 21 days on skins, then matures in French oak barriques (approximately 20% new) for 15 months, building complexity and elegance.
