Large green platter Vases Limited Edition of 10050mm H x 33mm Diameter For the past year or so I have been enjoying throwing black stoneware. Floor pots, platters, bowls, sometimes mugs. I enjoy the contrast of the black slightly gritty clay with the smooth coloured glaze surface. At the leather hard stage, I brush white slip (liquid clay) on the area I want to glaze.
