These medications are still relatively new, so there is not much long-term data on them yet, but semaglutide has been around for a longer time, so we do have some research findings to share: One review on GLP1 medications reports that the evidence is limited on whether these drugs are linked to menstrual or fertility changes, but research is still ongoing
