What worked way better for me: Greek yogurt (plain or with a little fruit and honey) Cottage cheese (especially if its the creamy kind) Eggs in any soft form, scrambled, boiled, poached Tofu, especially in soup or pan-fried soft Soft shredded chicken, like in broth or mixed with a little mashed avocado Flaky fish, like salmon or cod Beans or lentils cooked really soft, almost creamy You dont need to get all your protein at once either
