Provides a constant flow of water to the Water Tank (E2 1, M2 1) for the Moistening Brushes (E2 3, M2 3). This bottle is the same for both the Phoenix M1 and Electric Tape Machines (Phoenix M1, PE1, PE2, PE4 E).
