As the Internal Control Manager in the area of Finance, you will: Review existing accounting and financial controls and other legal compliance processes in place and make any necessary revisions or additions Supporting/conducting process walkthroughs to identify control gaps and improvements in pursuit of high-quality risk and control execution Work collaboratively with business and process owners to promote the importance of a strong internal control environment and respective roles and responsibilities, including addressing/providing relevant training and development Implement and monitor remediation efforts that result from internal control assessments, ensuring the effective implementation of corrective action Actively seek standardization and automation, apply and implement best practices for managing internal controls (deploy innovative technology where possible) *This will be a temporary contract for 18 months
