Olive Ash Lidded Pot silbury hill The lower half of theOlive ash lidded pot by Paul Dance. This blue lidded pot catches the light beautifully. The hand carved lid is inspired by gentle waves on the surface of the sea shimmering in the moonlight. The grain underneath gives it a wonderful depth suggesting changing tides and a world below. The pot itself is hand turned, stained in a deep blue and then gently rubbed with a light blue wax to pick out the wood grain. This is finished with a wonderful
