It contains our unique blend of organically certified botanicals including juniper, citrus and cardamom. Our gin has a malty character which adds richness and body to balance the higher toned lemon and juniper notes. Branchwater Gin is distilled to 85% alcohol and then cut with water from our family well to 43%
