The Crystal Dagger Trios 25% of which were newIn 2022 this Riesling was hanging golden and freckled on the vine. We picked the grapes and trod them to let the juice soak with the gorgeous skins for several hours. After pressing, the juice was radiant, and we let it settle for two days in steel before racking into four neutral barrels.
