The spotted lanternfly collects sweet sap from trees, and then the honeybees turn it into a type of honey often referred to as honeydew. The result is a thick honey that has a smokey, tangy flavor, unlike traditional honey. It has been shown to have antibacterial properties that are similar to manuka honey, and is good for grilling. Some people
