This limited time seasonal blend follows an idea the roastery has kept for years: every season in Hokkaido has its own scenery, and each one deserves its own cup. Beans from Brazil, Colombia, and Indonesia are blended and taken to a medium dark roast, level 4 on the roastery's five point scale. Blending is what Sapporo Coffee Kan is known for in Japan. Founder
