Hoshigaki (Whole Dried Persimmons) spo-disabled Ingredients: YuzuA centuries old tradition, Hoshigaki means the drying of whole persimmons. We take whole Hachiya persimmons, peel them and hang them to dry in our sunny windows. The persimmons are hung for a few months and slowly turn into dried fruit that tastes like sweet candy.
