The Lakes Single Malt Whisky No. 4 Cabernet Dave Phinneys house BourbonThe fourth release in The Lakes Distillery's Whiskymaker's Reserve series has been matured in a combination of oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, as well as ex red wine casks, creating a well balanced whisky with a complex character. The palate offers notes of Manuka honey, sun dried dates, roasted cashew nuts, dried fruit, sweet spices and cream that linger in the finish.
