Heslop Shiraz Sparkling wines Selected and hand sorted atThe Heslop Shiraz is produced from single vineyard premium Mudgee grapes, next door to the Heslop Estate vineyard. Another dry winter and spring before a hot summer. Several timely storms in summer kept things going until harvest, and the grapes had intense flavour and ripe tannins. Aromas of blueberry, rosemary and spice combine with a fleshy medium full bodied palate.
