Kotsifali is a Cretan red grape producing soft, aromatic, fruit forward wines, often blended with Mandilaria for added color and structure. There's Mandilaria in the blend too: a deeply colored Greek red grape giving tannic, full bodied wines, often blended to add color and structure. Greece has been making wine for thousands of years, and
