Kilchoman Casado Limited Edition kyro-distillery The Spanish termCasado (Portuguese for marriage) is a limited edition bottling which was distilled in 2014 and matured in fresh Bourbon barrels for 6 years before 38 casks were selected and married together in two 6,000 litre Portuguese red wine vats. Bottled at 46^ abv. 50 PPM, 12,900 bottles Worldwide, 1,500 bottles for the US Nose: Ripe summer fruits and a touch of marzipan with payers of maritime notes. Palate: Pepper and spicy with a fresh fruit and salty pear
