Tinta Barroca is a Douro red grape contributing ripe, sweet dark fruit and deep color to reds and Port. There's Tinta Roriz (Tempranillo) in the blend too: the Portuguese name for Tempranillo, contributing firm structure and dark fruit depth to Douro reds and Port. It's grown on the steep, terraced schist slopes of the
