This is a lovely example of his work in which those conflicts between landscape and the weather are studied in detail

From The Lower Pool, London Bridge +Mackenzie-James Hamilton This is a large paintingA scene from the Lower Pool on the Thames with London Bridge and the Tower of London in the distance. Distinctive in its style by one of the UK's best known watercolour artists. The watercolour painting has two small faults in the paper to the left and bottom centre left which are believed to have been present when painted by the artist. They do not detract from the painting and this has been reflected in the asking price. This is a wonderful example
