Nose: Very inviting with honeyed vanilla, baked apple, almond toffee, mint, clove, and cinnamon candies. Palate: Rich waves of vanilla and caramel surge with baked peach and apple as clove and cinnamon percolate underneath. Finish: Pleasant with sweeter flavors outlasting spice. A great Bourbon for sipping neat.
