A highly exclusive expression just three casks are produced each year. Each bottle comes numbered by cask as a mark of quality. Triple distilled, non chill filtered, and crafted from a mash bill made entirely of Irish barley. Bottled at 56% ABV. Matured in first fill sherry casks, creating aromas of dark chocolate, dried fruit and honey on the nose, complemented by notes of toasted oak, raisins,
