This panel really gives your EX a sport bike look. An average skill level and normal hand tools are required to mount this. You have to hack a lot of that black plastic rear fender crap off of there, but a crafty guy can have it mounted onto his bike faster than he can drink a 6 pack. It is well worth the effort.
