The saree has been hand block printed in black. The borders have alternating block prints and kantha stitches. The pallu has a beautiful contemporary design inspired by the pineapple. The kantha hand embroidery has been done using beige and light pink colors. The blouse piece is a block printed running one. It took over 2 months to complete this saree.
